Hours of operation

Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Counselling hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 9.15pm

How to find us

The Goldings building forms part of the Basingstoke & Deane District Council office group.  Basingstoke Counselling is located behind Basingstoke Registry Office. There are a number of car parks in close proximity to the Service. Bus and rail stations are about 10 minutes’ walk away, as is Festival Place if you wish to park in there.

Accessibility

Our offices are on the first floor of the building, with access via stairs only. For clients who are unable to use stairs we can offer an alternative appropriate venue.
